The City of Eaton Rapids is proud to introduce its newest employee, Police Chief Larry Weeks. Chief Weeks grew up in the Olivet area. Chief Weeks was formerly the Police Chief for the City of Morenci, where he served as their Chief for over 11 years. If you see Chief Weeks around town.....make sure you make him feel welcome!

The new school year will be upon us soon, so now is the time to start thinking about safety. Remember to always be extra cautious during the school days, as the kids will be walking to school and getting off buses at the bus stops.

Gov. Rick Snyder today signed a bill that updates existing law to reflect changes in the way the Mortgage Industry Advisory Board is composed.
Council agenda's are posted to the website by Friday around 12:00pm. Our meeting schedule is a Work Session on the 1st and 3rd Monday's at 5pm and Council Meetings on the 2nd and 4th Monday's at 7pm. All meetings are held at City Hall on the 2nd floor.
